Guterres condemns Russia’s attacks on Ukraine
New York, November 15 (Hibya) – United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres criticized Russia’s attacks targeting various regions of Ukraine.
Secretary-General Guterres said he strongly condemns Russia’s large-scale missile and drone attacks against multiple areas of Ukraine.
He emphasized that attacks targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure are unacceptable and must end immediately.
Guterres added: “I reiterate my call for an immediate and unconditional ceasefire as a first step toward a just, comprehensive, and sustainable peace that fully guarantees Ukraine’s sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity.”
