Guterres said, “Too often, people with disabilities are forced to live in a world designed by others and for others,” emphasizing that the current structure can be exclusionary.
Stating that it is possible to build a more inclusive world, Guterres said, “It is possible to redesign a world where everyone has the chance to fulfill their dreams.”
Guterres concluded his message with the call: “Let us build a fair future for everyone together.”
