According to a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP): “Within the scope of the Sasa Refinery and Petrochemical Project, a memorandum of understanding has been signed between our company and Vitol SA to evaluate potential commercial cooperation opportunities. The agreement covers the assessment of collaborations regarding the design, development, and commissioning of the planned refinery and petrochemical facilities, as well as arrangements for raw material supply and product procurement. Vitol Group (Vitol SA) is a Dutch energy and commodities trading company founded in Rotterdam in 1966. In June 2017, Vitol acquired Petrol Ofisi from OMV AG.”
