Mucunski: The EIB office in Skopje is a sign of confidence in our country's economic potential
Skopje, November 12 (Hibya) – North Macedonia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Timço Mucunski, announced that under an agreement signed between North Macedonia and the European Investment Bank, a representative office will be opened in Skopje.
Minister Mucunski, Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski, and European Investment Bank (EIB) Vice President Robert de Groot met and signed the Host Country Agreement.
Within the framework of this agreement, Mucunski announced that the European Investment Bank will open a representative office in Skopje, stating: “This development is an important sign of strengthening our ties with the European Union and deepening our cooperation with European institutions.”
Mucunski also emphasized that the new EIB office reflects confidence in the country’s economic potential and underlines that North Macedonia is advancing toward a modern, competitive, and sustainable economy.
