Starmer: We are expanding the Creative Futures program
London, 14 November (Hibya) – UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced that the Creative Futures program will be expanded to support young people across the country in building careers in the arts.
Starmer stated that their goal is “to build a Britain where every young person has the opportunity to succeed by doing the job they love.” The expanded program will provide young people with access to opportunities in music, theatre, publishing, and other creative sectors.
The Prime Minister emphasized the significant contribution of the creative industries to the economy and highlighted the need for greater support for young people in these areas.
