Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

The meeting was held with the participation of Interior Minister Matteo Piantedosi, Justice Minister Carlo Nordio and the President of the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC), Giuseppe Busia.

Tajani underlined that combating corruption is one of the government’s key priorities, stressing that the issue is directly linked to internal security, foreign policy and economic growth. He noted that Italy regards the rule of law and a culture of transparency as fundamental pillars of the country’s competitiveness.

Tajani noted that a Mexican delegation also attended the meeting, stating that there is already a structured cooperation between the two countries, particularly in the areas of legal diplomacy, anti-corruption efforts and the fight against organised crime, and that this joint work can serve as a model at the international level.

He stressed that Italy will continue to play an active role in strengthening the global fight against corruption.
