Zelensky said, “Every Ukrainian defender protects our entire state at the position where they serve. Wherever our positions are truly strong, life always prevails.”

He presented the Order of the Golden Star and other state awards to members of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, as well as honors to the families of fallen heroes.

The President thanked all soldiers fulfilling their combat duties, fighting against the occupiers, and protecting their people, as well as the families of heroes. “Ukraine has achieved results thanks to this courage. We will defend our state in this way and bring this war to an end while preserving our country’s independence, sovereignty, and all the rights of our people,” Zelensky stated.

Zelensky also commemorated all the soldiers who gave their lives for the existence of Ukraine.
