Cassis attended the 43rd UNESCO General Conference
Samarkand, November 3 (Hibya) – Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis attended the 43rd UNESCO General Conference held in Samarkand.
Foreign Minister Cassis stated that he traveled to Samarkand for the 43rd UNESCO General Conference, which celebrates 80 years of building peace through education, science, and culture.
Cassis noted that during his speech at the conference, he emphasized UNESCO’s important role in addressing ethical challenges posed by new technologies.
