EU High Representative Kallas visits Bosnia and Herzegovina
Brussels, November 3 (Hibya) – European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and European Commission Vice President Kaja Kallas addressed the soldiers of the EU Peacekeeping Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina (EUFOR Althea).
Kallas expressed her satisfaction at being back in Bosnia and Herzegovina following the renewal by the United Nations of the EU peacekeeping mission’s mandate.
She noted that the world recognizes EUFOR’s role in helping to ensure the country’s security, stating: “The dedication and professionalism of our soldiers here form the foundation of EUFOR’s success.”
