WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus attended the "Building a Healthier Asia" event, hosted by the Temasek Foundation in Singapore.
Speaking about the event, Ghebreyesus said: “Healthy people go to school and complete their education. They start families and businesses. They work, produce, research and innovate. Health is not only a moral imperative; it is also an economic necessity. I thank all the philanthropic participants dedicated to health efforts in the region and around the world.”
