Italian Foreign Minister Tajani spoke with Irish Foreign Minister Harris
Rome, April 1 (Hibya) – Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani held a phone call with Ireland’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Trade, and Defence, and Deputy Prime Minister Simon Harris.
Tajani and Harris discussed key priorities ranging from competitiveness for a shared European future to the importance of strengthening the EU’s transatlantic dialogue.
Tajani emphasized the need for joint efforts to overcome the challenges posed by customs tariffs and to diversify export markets outside the EU, stating, “Italy is already doing this through its Export Plan.”
