Kallas: The attacks undermine peace efforts
Brussels, August 29 (Hibya) – EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, stated that Russia’s recent attacks on Kyiv and many Ukrainian cities represent a deliberate escalation.
