Kallas: The EU has trained more than 80,000 Ukrainian soldiers so far
Brussels, August 29 (Hibya) – EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and European Commission Vice President Kaja Kallas announced that the EU has trained more than 80,000 Ukrainian soldiers so far.
Kallas stated that the EU has trained more than 80,000 Ukrainian soldiers to date.
She stressed the need to be ready to do more, adding: “Today, EU defense ministers generally supported extending the mandate of our EU Military Assistance Mission in Ukraine to provide training after any ceasefire.”
