Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha met with United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

Sybiha reaffirmed Ukraine's strong commitment to peace efforts and said about the meeting: “We welcome the leadership of the United States in this matter. Ukraine is fully committed to peace and has taken concrete, unconditional steps to achieve it, while Russia continues to stall. I also informed the counterpart of Russia's recent violations of the energy ceasefire. On another note, I reiterated Ukraine's desire to develop mutually beneficial investments and cooperation on mineral resources with the United States as a solid foundation for our bilateral partnership. We also discussed future Ukraine–US engagements.”
