Russian President Putin held an operational meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council via video conference.
Attending the meeting were Federation Council Chairwoman Valentina Matvienko, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, Chief of the Presidential Administration Anton Vaino, Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu, Defense Minister Andrey Belousov, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Federal Security Service Director Alexander Bortnikov, and Foreign Intelligence Service Director Sergey Naryshkin.
