Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Zakharova issues statement on Geneva Conventions
Moscow, October 23 (Hibya) – Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated, in a message marking the 75th anniversary of the entry into force of the Geneva Conventions, that the fundamental principles of the Conventions regarding the protection of civilians in armed conflicts are being violated today.

Zakharova said, “Today, the fundamental principles of the Geneva Conventions are being blatantly violated by the Kiev regime’s systematic crimes against civilians.”
