Russian President Putin sends condolences to the Philippines
Moscow, November 8 (Hibya) – Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a message of condolences to Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos following the heavy loss of life and widespread destruction caused by the typhoon that struck the central regions of the country.
In his message to President Marcos, President Putin stated that Russia shares the grief of the families of the victims and expressed hope for a swift recovery from the consequences of this natural disaster.
