Russian President Putin sends condolences to the Philippines
Moscow, November 8 (Hibya) – Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a message of condolences to Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos following the heavy loss of life and widespread destruction caused by the typhoon that struck the central regions of the country.
