Foreign Minister Sybiha emphasized that Ukraine’s long-range power is vital to compel Russia to stop the war, saying, “The farther we can strike, the shorter the war will be.”

He noted that Ukraine’s relevant capacities are rapidly increasing and added:

“The number of successful hits on legitimate military targets in Russia is growing every week. This is a well-calculated, precise, and rational operation designed to wear down the Russian war machine and force Moscow to end the war earlier. In the future, Ukraine’s long-range arsenal will serve as a deterrence package and a guarantee against possible new Russian attacks.”

Sybiha added, “We have the technology and capability to produce more power, but we need more investment to scale it up. I call on our partners to increase their contributions.”
