UNRWA: Education in Gaza is a lifeline
New York, October 20 (Hibya) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) stated that for children who have known nothing but war and displacement for more than two years, learning brings hope, healing, and continuity.
In a statement, UNRWA said that education in Gaza is a lifeline.
“Restoring education is a priority in UNRWA’s work, as all children – wherever they are – deserve the chance to learn, play, and dream again,” the statement read.
