Uzbek Foreign Minister Saidov met with Kallas
Tashkent, October 21 (Hibya) – Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov held a meeting with the European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas.
Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov stated that he held talks with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and European Commission Vice-President Kaja Kallas.
Saidov noted that the discussion focused on ensuring the sustainability of regional development, building new bridges between Central Asia and Europe, and further strengthening the existing partnership between Uzbekistan and the European Union. He added:
“We also discussed opportunities to expand our cooperation into new and promising areas such as connectivity, green transition, innovation, and education.”
