Zelensky: By stopping Russia, we must protect both ourselves and the world
Kyiv, October 13 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, speaking at the 71st Annual Session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, highlighted the importance of the meeting, which gathered representatives from about 50 countries.
Zelensky said that after the war in the Middle East, a real chance for peace had emerged, emphasizing that the process began after many casualties.
He stated that Russia’s war in Europe remains the biggest source of global instability, and added that ending this war depends on the efforts of all participants. Zelensky said, “Putin, like other terrorists, can be forced into peace. The fact that Hamas has started releasing hostages shows that it’s possible. Likewise, Putin can also be pressured into peace.”
