Algiers, March 28 (Hibya) - Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, Jose Manuel Albares, stated that Spain and Algeria are connected by strong human and historical ties.

Referring to the city of Oran, Albares said that the shared history and the Spain-Algeria friendship are strongly felt there, adding: “There, I inaugurated the second headquarters of the Cervantes Institute in Algeria and visited the monument to Spanish exiles and the Stanbrook.”
