Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Attorney General Bondi said in a joint statement by the US Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) that a complex law enforcement operation was successfully conducted to surrender Nicolás Maduro to US justice.

The statement said: “This operation required months of coordination, meticulous planning, and flawless execution across many parts of the federal government. This extraordinary effort was led by the Department of Defense. We cannot thank our brave service members enough.”

It was reported that tactical and transport teams, specialized FBI and DEA personnel, the Department of Defense, Department of Justice attorneys, and other units worked together to ensure the safe transfer and surrender of high-risk defendants.

The statement emphasized that all personnel acted professionally and decisively in strict compliance with US laws and protocols.

Bondi added that the operation also aims to support ongoing investigations into large-scale drug trafficking and related crimes that fuel violence, destabilize the region, and directly impact American lives.

The statement noted: “The United States exhausted all legal options to resolve this matter peacefully. However, these opportunities were repeatedly rejected. Responsibility for this outcome lies entirely with those who chose to continue criminal activities rather than abandon them.”

The statement concluded by reaffirming the Department of Justice’s unwavering commitment to accountability, the rule of law, and protecting US national security, expressing pride in federal law enforcement and partner agencies, and ending with: “God bless America and God bless President Trump.”
