Bulgaria attended the Regional Security and Connectivity Ministers’ Meeting in Luxembourg
Sofia, October 21 (Hibya) – Bulgarian Foreign Minister Georg Georgiev attended the Regional Security and Connectivity Ministers’ Meeting held in Luxembourg on October 20, 2025, with the participation of foreign ministers from EU member states, the Eastern Partnership, the Black Sea region, and Central Asia.
During the first session, the ministers discussed the EU’s new Strategic Approach for the Black Sea, which highlights the region’s importance for Europe’s security, stability, and prosperity.
Georgiev stated, “Security, stability, and connectivity in the Black Sea region are in the interest not only of Bulgaria and the coastal countries but also of the entire European Union.”
