CENTCOM: American forces are enforcing a naval blockade against ships
Washington, April 18 (Hibya) – The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) provided information on the activities of the littoral combat ship USS Canberra (LCS 30), which is carrying out a patrol mission as part of the ongoing naval blockade targeting Iranian ports and coastal areas.
In the command’s statement, it was reported that since the start of the operation, the number of ships that have complied with instructions from American forces to turn back has reached 23.
It was stated that this naval blockade, imposed on ships attempting to enter or leave Iranian ports, is being maintained with determination, while units operating in the field continue their patrol activities.
