Costa meets with UK Prime Minister Starmer
Brussels, May 4 (Hibya) – President of the European Council Antonio Costa met with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer to discuss regional security issues and the future of EU–UK relations.
European Council President Antonio Costa emphasized the importance of cooperation during his diplomatic meeting with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
Expressing his satisfaction with the meeting, Costa said, “From Ukraine to the Middle East and Iran, the EU and the United Kingdom will continue to work side by side.”
Highlighting the goal of strengthening bilateral relations, Costa stated, “The upcoming EU–United Kingdom Summit will be an important moment to fulfill our commitments and further strengthen our bilateral relations.”
