Costa: Russia deliberately targets civilians
Brussels, April 16 (Hibya) – European Council President Antonio Costa commented on Russia’s attacks in Ukraine.
Costa said Russia launched a horrific attack on civilian targets.
He noted deliberate strikes on emergency services.
He stated Russia’s war has failed.
He called for a just and lasting peace.
The EU will continue supporting Ukraine and increasing pressure on Russia.
