Fed official's remarks move global bond yields
Istanbul, September 4 (Hibya) - Global bond yields declined after Federal Reserve Board member Christopher Waller signaled that there was no need for another interest rate hike.
The US 10-year Treasury yield fell to 4.76 percent, while Japan's 10-year bond yield declined to 2.905 percent. In Europe, the German Bund yield posted a limited increase to 3.3533 percent, the UK 10-year yield rose to 5.1621 percent, and France's 10-year bond yield reached 4.2176 percent.
