Ghebreyesus met with Polish Minister of Health Sobieranska-Grenda
Geneva, November 13 (Hibya) - World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus held a meeting with Polish Minister of Health Jolanta Sobieranska-Grenda.
In a statement, WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus mentioned that he had positive discussions with Polish Minister of Health Jolanta Sobieranska-Grenda.
Ghebreyesus thanked Sobieranska-Grenda for the humanitarian support provided to Ukrainians fleeing the ongoing conflicts in their countries and reiterated WHO’s commitment to providing health services to displaced Ukrainians.
Ghebreyesus also said, "We specifically agreed on the importance of providing personalized support to meet the mental health needs of people affected by conflicts."
