Guterres: Entire refugee population in Bangladesh's Cox's Bazar region depends on aid
New York, March 14 (Hibya) - United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres announced that the entire refugee population in Bangladesh's Cox's Bazar region is dependent on humanitarian aid.
UN Secretary-General Guterres emphasized that all refugees in Cox's Bazar depend on humanitarian aid.
Stressing that support must continue until the conflicts and systematic persecution from which they fled come to an end, Guterres said: "The international community has an obligation to invest immediately in helping those who suffer the most."
