Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha met with U.S. Presidential Representative Keith Kellogg and thanked him for attending the recent meeting of the Coalition of the Willing held in Rome.

Sybiha expressed gratitude for President Trump’s important decision to provide new Patriot systems and other weapons together with European allies, stating:

"We discussed ways to expand mutually beneficial Ukraine-U.S. defense cooperation, welcomed the bipartisan momentum behind the 2025 Russia Sanctions Act, and coordinated further steps to increase the cost of war for the aggressor."

Emphasizing that Russia is not winning the war and Ukraine is not losing, Sybiha added: "In fact, despite massive resources and losses, Moscow has not achieved a single strategic objective. Now is the time to advance peace through strength; to expand Ukraine’s capabilities and increase transatlantic pressure to force Russia to end its war of aggression."
