Hungarian Foreign Minister Szijjarto: Energy should not be related to politics
Budapest, October 20 (Hibya) – Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto stated that the RePowerEU plan has destroyed secure energy supplies and emphasized that energy should not be connected to politics.
Foreign Minister Szijjarto said that with RePowerEU, secure energy supplies have been eliminated.
He added that this is called diversification, but in fact, one of the vital oil routes has been cut off: “The European Commission completely ignores the fact that this regulation destroys the energy security of EU Member States. Energy should not be related to politics!”
