IDF completed operation to destroy underground attack shelters in the Gaza Strip
Jerusalem, August 26 (Hibya) – The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that they had completed an operation to destroy underground attack shelters in the central Gaza Strip.
In a statement, the IDF said that the operation to destroy underground attack shelters in the central Gaza Strip had been completed. The statement noted:
"The Southern Brigade (143), under the command of the Gaza Division, along with Yahalom fighters and the Gaza Division’s engineering unit, completed last month an operation to destroy terrorist infrastructure and underground routes in the central Gaza Strip. As part of the activity, the forces uncovered and destroyed two underground attack routes in the area."
