The statement said that the so-called "review" of Israel's compliance with the Partnership Agreement is a deception: "The outcomes were predetermined."

The Ministry added: "Costa admits it himself — this was a staged game with pre-written outcomes: 'While watching your televisions and reading your newspapers, I think it's not hard to guess what the outcome will be.'"

The statement emphasized the need to pressure Hamas, which rejected the U.S. ceasefire and hostage deal proposal, prolonging the war in Gaza.

"Israel is determined to achieve its objectives and will not yield to pressure. Unfortunately, some in Europe find themselves on the wrong side of history — whether by supporting Israel or the radical axis in the Middle East."
