Israeli Prime Minister’s Office: PM Netanyahu did not contact Mike Waltz regarding Iran
Jerusalem, May 3 (Hibya) – The Israeli Prime Minister’s Office stated that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu did not contact Mike Waltz regarding Iran.
In a statement, the Prime Minister’s Office noted that contrary to reports in some media outlets, Prime Minister Netanyahu has not had any significant contact with Mike Waltz regarding Iran.
It was noted that in February, Netanyahu met with Mike Waltz and Steve Witkoff at Blair House, and later held a meeting with President Trump at the White House.
The statement also added:
"Mike Waltz also joined the Prime Minister and Vice President JD Vance in a meeting before departing Washington. Since then, the Prime Minister held a phone call with the former National Security Advisor and Steve Witkoff, which was unrelated to Iran. We congratulate Mr. Waltz on his important appointment to the UN."
