Lahbib: We call on all parties to the conflict to agree to a ceasefire
Brussels, April 2 (Hibya) – EU Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness and Crisis Management, Hadja Lahbib, called on all parties involved in the conflict to agree to a ceasefire.
Lahbib announced that the European Union will send additional aid to Myanmar via the EU Humanitarian Air Bridge and the EU Civil Protection Mechanism.
She said, “We call on all parties to the conflict to agree to a ceasefire, protect civilians and aid workers, and ensure the unhindered delivery of vital assistance.”
