Lipavski’s Statement on Ukraine
Prague, September 8 (Hibya) — Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavski criticized former Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš’s positions on arms deliveries and security issues concerning Ukraine.
Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavski, criticizing Babiš’s stance in favor of halting arms deliveries to Ukraine and his views on security issues, said: “They are not participating in discussions concerning our security. I don’t think they understand the consequences, and I don’t believe they truly care about the security of the Czech Republic.”
Lipavski made his stance clear, emphasizing that they stand with Ukraine and support the country’s defense against Russian aggression.
Furthermore, Lipavski condemned today’s terrorist attack in Jerusalem, expressed condolences to the victims’ families, and added: “Terror is not a solution; on this matter, we will always stand by Israel.”
