Lutnick: GDP jumped to 3% and Trump economy has officially arrived
Washington, July 30 (Hibya) – U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick stated that the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) had jumped to 3% and that the Trump economy had officially arrived.
Secretary Lutnick emphasized that the GDP had reached 3%, marking the official arrival of President Donald Trump's economy.
He noted that Joe Biden's first quarter was behind them and that growth was already gaining momentum:
“President Trump's tariff policies attracted historic investments and opened global markets for U.S. businesses. Congratulations America: Today it's 3%, and we’re just getting started.”
