Netanyahu: There will be accountability
Jerusalem, April 28 (Hibya) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with the families of two young men who were brutally killed, saying, “The perpetrators of these hate crimes will be held accountable before the law.”
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu met with the families of two young men, Benjamin Yemenu Zelka and Destaou Chakoul, following their killings.
During the meeting, Netanyahu expressed his condolences to the families and stated that the state stands by them with all its resources. Describing the incident as a “horrific act of brutality and a hate-filled crime,” he said the young victims’ futures had been taken from them.
The Prime Minister stressed that the perpetrators must face the harshest punishment before the judiciary. He also instructed the Ministries of National Security and Education to increase street safety and initiate efforts to prevent similar incidents within the education system.
