Orban: You can’t extinguish a fire by adding fuel to the flames
Budapest, June 7 (Hibya) – Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that Brussels, by portraying Ukraine as a shield defending the continent, is steering Europe into a decade-long conflict.
Prime Minister Orban stated that Brussels is pushing Europe into a prolonged conflict by presenting Ukraine as a defensive shield for the continent.
He emphasized that they prefer a different path: “Instead of encouraging escalation, we are calling for a ceasefire, peace, and security through negotiations. You can’t extinguish a fire by adding fuel to the flames.”
