Palestinian Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Mustafa led an official delegation representing Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas at the funeral of Pope Francis held yesterday morning at St. Peter's Square in the Vatican.

The Palestinian delegation also included:

Dr. Ramzi Khoury, member of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization and Chairman of the Higher Presidential Committee for Church Affairs in Palestine; Dr. Varsen Shahin, Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates; Issa Kassissieh, Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Vatican; and Amira Hanania, European Committee Representative and Ambassador.
