Putin and Trump will not attend Russia - Ukraine talks
Moscow, May 14 (Hibya) – Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump will not attend the Russia - Ukraine talks scheduled to take place in Istanbul.
President Putin has approved the list of delegates who will attend the Russia - Ukraine talks in Istanbul. However, he himself will not attend.
It was also announced that U.S. President Donald Trump will not be present at the talks in Istanbul.
