Putin: Ukrainian forces have been encircled in Kupyansk and Krasnoarmeisk
Moscow, October 30 (Hibya) – Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Ukrainian forces have been encircled in the Kupyansk and Krasnoarmeisk regions.
Putin said that if there are no provocations from the Kyiv administration, both foreign and Ukrainian journalists may be allowed to enter the area to observe the situation on the ground.
He recalled that a similar arrangement had previously been implemented in Azovstal.
