Saar: I stated that Israel is not willing to live under the threat of annihilation
Jerusalem, March 3 (Hibya) – Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar emphasized Israel’s determination regarding security during a briefing with foreign ambassadors.
Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar met with representatives of foreign missions serving in Israel and made statements about the current security situation and regional threats.
Addressing the ambassadors, Saar said: “In a briefing I gave to foreign ambassadors serving in Israel, I clearly stated that Israel, like any other country, is not willing to live under the threat of annihilation.”
Speaking about Hezbollah’s attacks against Israel, Saar stated: “I referred to Hezbollah’s attack on Israel and its participation in the war, just as it joined Hamas’s attack on October 8. This once again proves that Hezbollah acts in the service of Iran and contrary to the interests of Lebanon and its citizens.”
Referring to the recent stance of the Iranian regime, Saar added: “The brutal attack by the Iranian regime against the Gulf countries shows that it is dangerous not only to its own citizens, but also to all countries in the region.”
