Schoof: Court holds Russia responsible for downing MH17
Amsterdam, July 9 (Hibya) – Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof announced that the European Court of Human Rights has held Russia responsible for the downing of flight MH17.
Prime Minister Dick Schoof stated that the decision by the European Court of Human Rights (@ECHR_CEDH) is an important step on the path to justice.
He reported that the court found Russia responsible for the downing of MH17 and the deaths of the passengers, including 196 Dutch nationals. “Today, my thoughts are with all the relatives who have endured the pain of losing their loved ones and friends for over a decade,” he said.
