Sybiha said that ballistic and cruise missiles, cluster bombs, and hundreds of drones targeting civilians are being used across the country.

He noted that while Russia claims to be preparing for peace talks, it is in fact attacking, spreading terror, and destroying. He said:

“Speaking of meetings, Russia has not sent any so-called ‘memorandum’ to us, to Turkey, to the United States, or anyone else. Nobody even knows what they want to talk about. Instead, Russia is launching new deadly attacks on Ukraine.”

Sybiha concluded: “Everyone must hear and see that Russia is openly rejecting peace, ceasefire, and constructive proposals from all over the world. Russia will only become serious about peace when it feels a different level of pressure.”
