Kyiv, October 30 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha thanked the Netherlands for condemning Russia's attack on Dnipro.

Sybiha stated that Russia must face greater pressure and concrete consequences for the crimes it has committed.
