Sybiha: Putin is doing this deliberately
Kyiv, July 31 (Hibya) – Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that Kyiv experienced a horrific morning as Russian attacks flattened residential buildings and damaged schools and hospitals.
Sybiha emphasized that the Russian strikes destroyed all residential buildings and caused damage to schools and hospitals. He noted that civilians were injured and killed, and that people remain trapped under the rubble.
“It might be time to reset all deadlines given to Putin to adopt a constructive approach,” Sybiha stated.
“President Trump tried to find a solution by treating Putin with generosity and patience. Putin is doing this deliberately. He doesn’t care about attempts to end the massacres. All he wants is to destroy and kill,” he added.
