Sybiha: Russia’s terror against children and playgrounds is a disgrace to humanity
Kyiv, April 8 (Hibya) – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said that Russia’s terror against children and playgrounds is a disgrace to humanity.
Sybiha appreciated the special session held today by the OSCE Permanent Council regarding Russia’s killing of nine children in Kryvyi Rih.
“Only criminals can launch a ballistic missile with a cluster warhead into a residential area and kill nine children. This barbarism must be stopped by strengthening Ukraine's defense and increasing pressure on Moscow,” Sybiha stated.
