Tajani: Support for industry and agriculture is vital
Rome, October 23 (Hibya) – Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani stated that supporting industry and agriculture is crucial to strengthening the European Union’s competitiveness.
Tajani said he participated in the European People’s Party Summit in Brussels and held meetings with key leaders.
He noted, “We are working together for a just peace in Ukraine and stability in the Middle East. Our focus must be on critical challenges such as energy security, simplified regulations, and combating illegal migration.”
Tajani emphasized that supporting industry and agriculture is essential to boosting the EU’s competitiveness, adding, “I reiterated the need to increase investments in European defense by 2030.”
